Aquesta complies with International Standards and the Australian Standards for Medical Laboratories – Particular requirements for quality and competence AS 4633 – 2004 which are derived from the International standards ISO 15189 2003
The Aquesta Specialised Uropathology laboratory is accredited by the National Associate of Testing Authorities (NATA), the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) through participation in the RCPA Quality Assurance programs. and is certified by Medicare Australia as an Approved Pathology Authority (APA) and an Accredited Pathology Laboratory (APL).
